We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at a DHL Access Point. Our carrier internationally is DHL, and FedEx in USA.

Do I need to pay customs fees? +

For orders placed outside the USA, FABRICA KRAFT covers applicable duties and customs fees for most delivery countries. However, some regions do not qualify for this.

How & when will my custom cushions arrive? +

Custom cushions are handcrafted and take 2-3 weeks to complete. We ship covers and foam separately to avoid creasing.

Can I customize an item with a company logo? +

Yes, we offer customizations with company logos on several products. Contact our sales team for assistance.

Can I return a monogrammed or custom embroidered item? +

Regrettably, personalized items cannot be returned. Please ensure accuracy before placing your order.

Why is the price for an item different from when I added it to the shopping cart? +

Prices can change due to temporary reductions or permanent increases. The price in your cart reflects the most current amount for which you will be charged.

How long does fulfillment take? +

Fulfillment usually takes 2-5 business days. Note that shipping times are separate from the fulfillment process.

Where are the production partners located? +

We have production partners in the US, UK, India, Spain, and Latvia.

What if the product is damaged in transit? +

If you receive damaged items, send a photo to [email protected] for a replacement.

What if an order gets lost? +

If a package is lost during transit, submit a claim within 14 days. We will cover reprinting and shipping a replacement.
